These Rules govern the use of Paradise Fitness and Spa (hereinafter the “Rules”) and apply to all services offered by Paradise Fitness and Spa, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, and are binding on all users.

Users are all persons who have paid to use the services, as well as persons under the age of 18 for whom the price for using the services has been paid by the user accompanying them.

The services at Paradise Fitness and Spa are provided by “PARADISE PLACE” JSC, UIC 205700396, with registered office and management address at: Sofia, 60-64 “James Bourchier” Blvd., ground floor (hereinafter the “Managing Company”).

1. TYPES OF SERVICES AT PARADISE FITNESS AND SPA
   Paradise Fitness and Spa offers:
   • Spa services, namely the opportunity to use: steam bath; aroma herbal bath; ice room, cold bucket, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, infrared sauna, salt room, relax zone;
   • Fitness services, with state-of-the-art high-tech fitness equipment in a dedicated fitness area;
   • Massages, spa therapies, cosmetic treatments;
   • The opportunity to use an indoor swimming pool with a temperature of 29 °C and dimensions of 13 m x 8 m.
2. OPERATING HOURS OF PARADISE FITNESS AND SPA
   • The operating hours of the facility are: from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and official days from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
   • The Managing Company reserves the right to change the operating hours of the facility, as well as to fully or partially restrict access to it for users in cases of repairs, maintenance, the occurrence of a “private event” or any other necessity. The Managing Company is obliged to publish such restrictions on the website.
3. AGE RESTRICTIONS
   • Paradise Fitness and Spa applies the following age restrictions for users and visitors of the SPA center:
     • Access and use of the services of the SPA center is prohibited for children under 14 years of age, with the exception of the salt room, provided that another user over the age of 18 is accompanying the child;
     • Children between 14 and 18 years of age may use the services of the SPA center only in the presence of another user over the age of 18 accompanying the child and/or an instructor.
   • Paradise Fitness and Spa applies the following age restrictions for users of the Pool:
     • Use of the pool by children between 5 and 18 years of age is permitted in the presence of another user over the age of 18 accompanying the child and/or an instructor.
   • Paradise Fitness and Spa applies the following age restrictions for users of the Fitness area:
     • Use of the fitness area is permitted only for children over 14 years of age in the presence of another user over the age of 18 accompanying the child and/or an instructor.
4. REGISTRATION. SUBblockedION CARDS
   • Registration – Every user must register independently at the reception desk of the facility. The user is required to fill out a registration form with the following personal data: first and last name, telephone number and a current email address for contact.
   • Each user is entitled to make one single registration.
   • By filling out a registration form on the website and clicking the “Register” button, the user agrees that they have read the content of the Rules for the Use of Paradise Fitness and Spa, available on the website, and that they agree and undertake to comply with them.
   • By filling out a registration form at the reception desk of the facility and checking the box “I agree with the Rules for the Use of Paradise Fitness and Spa”, available at the reception desk, the user agrees and undertakes to comply with them. After creating the registration and profile (in the event that an online registration is made), the user must visit the reception desk of Paradise Fitness and Spa, present an identity document and certify that they are the creator of the submitted profile for registration and activation. The activation of the profile is carried out at the reception desk.
   • Users pay the price for the respective type of service in advance at the reception desk of Paradise Fitness and Spa in cash or by bank transfer.
   • Upon the purchase of a subblockedion (daily, monthly or annual), Paradise Fitness and Spa provides a complimentary card/wristband, which ensures access to the services paid for by him/her, and which is returned upon the return of the card/wristband. If desired, the user may purchase a card for EUR 2.60 / wristband for EUR 2.60, which shall remain the property of the user. Users who have purchased a monthly subblockedion do not pay for their first card / wristband. The card / wristband is individual and personal and is associated with the user’s profile in the Paradise Fitness and Spa software.
   • The subblockedion card/wristband is personal and may not be provided to another person for the purpose of that person using the services.
   • Users are required to carry their card / wristband when visiting Paradise Fitness and Spa and to present them at the reception desk when requested by the staff of Paradise Fitness and Spa. Paradise Fitness and Spa reserves the right to refuse access in the event of failure to present an identity document and/or the access card/wristband.
   • The loss of a wristband/card must be reported immediately to the reception desk of Paradise Fitness and Spa and a new card must be purchased at a price of EUR 2.60 / wristband EUR 2.60.
   • Any failure to comply with the rules for registration or for the use of a card/wristband shall result in the immediate termination of the user’s subblockedion by the Managing Company without a refund of any amounts paid. The Managing Company reserves the right to change the conditions for registration and/or the issuance of access cards/wristbands.
   • Upon receiving an access card/wristband, users pay a fee in accordance with the price list of Paradise Fitness and Spa and according to the type of subblockedion. Subblockedion fees are determined by Paradise Fitness and Spa and may be changed at any time. The changes shall not apply to services already prepaid until the expiry of the term of the prepaid services. A 12-month subblockedion is automatically extended at no additional charge to a 13-month usage period.
   • Promotional prices and conditions are not combined with other discounts.
   • For all subblockedions, the period of use is not extended due to illness, injury, vacations or other reasons related to the users.
   • Users are not entitled to request a refund of the full or partial value of prepaid services, including if a user has not used the services.
5. LIABILITY OF USERS
   • Each user is responsible for protecting the property in the facility, including any type of equipment and installations, and in the event of damage, they owe compensation for all damages, including the costs of their removal and repair, caused by them or by persons under the age of 18 whom they accompany.
   • Each user is responsible for their own acts and omissions, as well as for all acts and omissions of persons under the age of 18 whom they accompany, including for causing harm to other users.
   • Each user is solely responsible for assessing their own state of health, and accordingly for assessing whether it is compatible with the services the user has chosen to use.

   • The Managing Company shall not be liable for damages caused by some users to other users.
   • The Managing Company shall not be liable for damage to the property of users while using the services or for theft.
6. REQUIREMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
   • For the safety and convenience of the users of the services, Paradise Fitness and Spa applies the following requirements, restrictions and prohibitions depending on the services used:
     • General requirement:
       • In the event that a user discovers the improper functioning of a piece of equipment in the facility, or does not know exactly how a particular piece of equipment is to be used, the user is obliged not to use the equipment and to immediately notify an employee of the Managing Company of this fact, in order to have the condition of the equipment checked or to receive instructions for its proper use.
       • In the event that a user does not feel well, they are obliged to immediately notify an employee of the Managing Company of this in order to be provided with assistance.
       • Each user is obliged to follow the instructions of the employees of the Managing Company. Otherwise, their access to the facility may be suspended.
       • Each user is obliged to treat the employees of the Managing Company and the other users with respect. Otherwise, their access to the facility may be suspended.
       • Visitors other than users are not admitted to the facility.
       • Pets are not allowed in the facility.
     • SPA center:
       • In the saunas, one is to sit only on a towel.
       • In the saunas and steam baths, the use of oils, honey and other products for application to the skin is prohibited. Users who will use the saunas and steam baths must take a shower beforehand.
       • The saunas must be entered without sandals/flip-flops.
       • In the saunas, spraying water on the walls and the ceiling is prohibited.
     • Pool:
       • The pool must be entered wearing a swimsuit, flip-flops, and a swimming cap.
       • Jumping, running and diving in the pool are prohibited.
       • Users must shower before using the pool.
       • Radios or other electrical and electronic devices over 16 volts are not permitted for use at the pool.
       • Games with balls and inflatable objects are not allowed in the pool area outside the hours specified in the schedule for children’s activities.
       • The use of the pool is prohibited if there is no lifeguard.
       • The consumption of food at the pool is prohibited.
       • The consumption of alcohol at the pool is prohibited.
       • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited at the pool.
       • During swimming lessons for babies, the use of a swimming diaper for babies is mandatory.
     • Salt room:
       • The salt room must be entered only in flip-flops/sandals.
       • In the salt room, the consumption of food is prohibited.
       • It is not advisable to use strong perfumes or deodorants before visiting the salt room.
     • Fitness:
       • The fitness area must be entered only in sportswear and clean sports shoes.
       • Persons in swimsuits, robes, flip-flops, etc. are not admitted to the fitness area.
       • Bringing personal belongings such as duffel bags, backpacks and bags into the hall is prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate termination of the subblockedion and the blocking of the profile for access to the sports center. In this case, any amounts prepaid by the respective user shall not be refunded.
       • For information and to receive individual fitness programs, users may turn to the fitness instructors in the hall.
       • In the event of difficulties or ambiguities when operating the equipment, users of the fitness center are obliged to turn to the fitness instructors in the sports center for assistance.
       • Each user is required to use and place a towel when training on the equipment in a seated or lying position.
       • Fitness equipment and accessories may not be reserved, nor may they be used only by some users without providing other users with the opportunity to use them.
       • Access for non-exercising persons is not permitted. Users must adhere to the instructions of the fitness instructors.
       • The use of the fitness area is prohibited in flip-flops, sandals, slippers and incomplete sportswear (bare-chested, without sports shoes, barefoot or in socks).
       • Bringing food and drinks is prohibited, with the exception of bottled water or a non-alcoholic beverage.
     • Other restrictions:
       • Photography for advertising purposes is prohibited on the premises of Paradise Fitness and Spa. The publication of photographic material taken for advertising purposes by users at Paradise Fitness and Spa on social networks, on the internet and/or in any other manner, without the consent of the Managing Company, is prohibited.
       • In order to protect the safety and health of users, the following prohibitions apply at Paradise Fitness and Spa:
         • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on the entire premises of Paradise Fitness and Spa.
         • The use of the fitness area, the pool and the thermal zone after the consumption of alcohol and drugs is prohibited.
       • Entering premises outside the free access zones for the visitors of Paradise Fitness and Spa is prohibited.
       • Entry into the SPA center and the pool by mothers with strollers is prohibited.
       • Bringing food and drinks, other than bottled water or a non-alcoholic beverage, is not permitted.
       • No interruption in the use of the services of Paradise Fitness and Spa, accompanied by leaving the facility, is allowed within one day, and in the event of a repeated visit to the facility within the same day, the user pays the full value of the respective service as a new visit.
       • No noise of any kind above the usual level is allowed.
       • The organization of group events by users is not permitted.
7. RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS FOR GROUP ACTIVITIES, PERSONAL TRAINING, MASSAGES, COSMETIC TREATMENTS AND SPA THERAPIES
   • Bookings are made for swimming lessons, group activities in the pool, personal training with a specified trainer / instructor, massages, cosmetic treatments and SPA therapies.
   • Bookings are made at the reception desk and through the website.
   • All bookings for group training, individual training, massages, cosmetic treatments and SPA therapies must be made through the user’s personal profile.
     A booking may be made at the earliest 168 hours before the start of the event and no later than 5 minutes before its start.
   • A booking that has been made may be cancelled no later than 2 hours before the start of the event. Any later cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of the price of the service, and the user owes the full price.
   • Each user receives free access to the schedule for group activities, personal training, massages, cosmetic treatments and SPA therapies through the website.
   • Upon failure to attend an existing booking three consecutive times, access to the schedule is suspended and all bookings made on the user’s profile shall be automatically cancelled and are not subject to reinstatement.
   • Blocked access to the schedule may be restored after payment of the “schedule access” service in the amount of EUR 10. Payment for the “schedule access” service may be made online through the user’s profile or at the reception desk in the sports center. Any user who has created a second personal profile in order to avoid paying the calendar access fee will be blocked. All profiles created by them and their access to the sports center shall be blocked, or respectively refused, until they pay for the “schedule access” service.
   • The sports center may cancel or refuse bookings in cases of repair works or due to the organization of events or for other objective reasons. In these cases, users shall be notified in advance through information published on the website.
8. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
   1. Paradise Fitness and Spa assumes no liability for lost or stolen personal belongings of users.
9. ACCIDENTS AND/OR INJURIES
   1. Paradise Fitness and Spa shall not be liable for accidents or injuries occurring on the premises of Paradise Fitness and Spa which are the result of the users’ failure to comply with the rules and restrictions, or respectively the violation of the prohibitions set out in these rules for the use of Paradise Fitness and Spa, or in the event of gross negligence on the part of the users.
      When the facilities are used by children under the age of 18, liability for them is borne by the respective user accompanying the child.
10. TERMINATION OF SUBblockedIONS
    • Subblockedion cards may be terminated unilaterally by the Managing Company in the event that the user does not comply with any of the rules for the use of Paradise Fitness and Spa. In this case, the price of the prepaid services shall not be refunded to the user.
    • Subblockedion cards may not be terminated by the users, as the prices provided under the subblockedion plans are set in consideration of this circumstance, except in the case provided for in the paragraph below.
    • In the event of the termination of a subblockedion due to force majeure circumstances of an objective, insurmountable and unforeseeable nature, the Managing Company shall calculate the services used by the user up until the date of termination at single-use prices and shall refund the remainder against the price of the prepaid subblockedion.
11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. The Managing Company undertakes to process the personal data of users, provided in connection with the use of the services at Paradise Fitness and Spa, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
12. AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES FOR THE USE OF PARADISE FITNESS AND SPA
    1. The Managing Company has the right at any time to amend the rules for the use of Paradise Fitness and Spa, and the amendments shall apply immediately, including with regard to prepaid user subblockedions, unless otherwise provided upon their adoption.

These rules for the use of Paradise Fitness and Spa were adopted by “Paradise Place” JSC on 01.11.2025.
